Hooray, it's May Day!

When I looked at my blog I was surprised at how long it's been since I posted anything. I guess I let time get away with me. But today I have real news to share. Brian is coming home...and not just for a visit. He's moving back home.

Brian moved away from Louisiana when he left for the Navy the day after he graduated from high school in 1997. He had naval training in Great Lakes, Orlando, and Groton before he was stationed in the Seattle area. He's been in Seattle ever since. When he came to Louisiana to visit in October he decided he was ready to move back home. He went back to Seattle, tied up some loose ends and will be coming home this afternoon. I'm sure this won't be his stopping place, but I'm really happy to have Brian back home for a while!!
