It's time to "batten down the hatches"

Just three years ago tomorrow Hurricane Katrina came through our area. The damage in New Orleans and along the Mississippi Gulf Coast was devastating. Recovery has been slow and ongoing. Now, three years later, we are waiting for Hurricane Gustav. He just formed a couple of days ago and is expected to come ashore in Louisiana sometime Tuesday morning. With Katrina on our minds, everyone is cautiously preparing for Gustav. I guess we'd better batten down the hatches and get ready!
