Thankful Thursday (a day late)

Today I have lots to be thankful for.

I'm thankful that Andy's job here is going well and that we have the weekends to enjoy the beautiful island.

I'm thankful that the friends we met last weekend in Christiansted called yesterday to invite us to spend Saturday at Buck Island on their sailboat.

I'm thankful that Katie and Emily are both OK, and that our house is OK after it was struck by lightning yesterday in the terrible weather.

I'm thankful that the terrible weather is gone in Louisiana.

I'm thankful that Amy is healing well after her surgery.

I'm thankful that Amy and Maurice have made their wedding plans, but sorry that I won't be there to help them celebrate.

I'm thankful for all of my family. You all mean the world to me.
