Fun Week

Emily has been visiting us for the last week while Katie is recovering. We've had the best time. We really didn't DO much except play, but it was fun anyway. Grace came to play one afternoon. It was one of the rare times that we have both girls and they had fun together.


The weather was so hot and Emily is an outside kind of girl, so we got her a pool. She wasn't too sure about it at first.


She said the water was too cold.



But she got in a little at a time. I think she ended up liking it.

We went to visit Mamaw and Papaw Sunday afternoon. As usual, Emily provided the entertainment. Here she is on the swing with them. We had a nice visit.

I took her to meet her Daddy yesterday in Breaux Bridge. I hated to see her go, but I was glad to have a little time to relax. I know why God gives two year olds to people in their twenties---Emily wore this grandmother out in just a few days!!
