Time sure flies

when your busy!! I can't believe an entire month has passed and I'm just getting to updating my blog. Let's see...here are some of the things that have happened in the last few weeks:

Andy and I took a quick trip to California to visit his family. It was the last week of hunting season there. All of the men in the family went on a big hunting trip in the mountains They had a wonderful time together and I had a wonderful time with Andy's mother, Ann. We spent one day in San Francisco. After a short visit with Kiersten, who is in the hospital in SF, we went to the wharf for lunch then had a hot fudge sundae at Ghiridelli's. It was a wonderful day. The next day we went to Davis to help Brittany get moved into her dorm at UC Davis. All in all, it was a great California weekend.

We've had a couple of visits with Katie and Emily. Emily is getting big and is so aware of everything around her. Katie is the doll she has always been.

Grace started kindergarten and comes home from school with us every afternoon. She and Grandy have a wonderful time together. She likes to play school--she is Ms. Julia and he is the student. One day she called his mother (in California) because he wouldn't do his school work. Everyone got a kick out of it, including Ann!
